Kurt Otto is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and also holds a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo. He started training in Taekwondo in 1977 and has also trained in Judo and wrestling. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu became his passion in 2006 when he founded the IFL (International Fight League) --- a global, televised Mixed Martial Arts fight organization. Renzo Gracie, one of the IFL's Championship team coach, introduced his method of Jiu-Jitsu to Kurt and the rest was history. In 2008, Kurt opened the Renzo Gracie Academy of Cresskill, New Jersey. Kurt currently resides in Bergen County, and is married with twin children. Kurt received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Kurt's full time profession and partnership of an Architecture & Development firm in Bergen County creates a full week.

Brian Kwak

Brian Kwak has been training in Martial Arts since 1999. He holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo. Brian is a licensed MMA cornerman in the state of New Jersey, and has helped train & corner professional MMA fighters. He also has operations & management experience working for MMA promotions such as CFFC (Cage Fury Fighting Championships). In 2014, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the School of Business at Villanova University. At Villanova, Brian was also the founder and instructor of the MMA & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Team.
